user. Register with the site by entering the user details like company name,
e-mail, password etc. On successful acceptance of the form, an auto generated
email will be sent to the email ID provided.

Software Packages
Registration Form:-
Registration is easy with the feasibility to choose
from the free and paid version of the software. Just add details in all the
relevant fields as can be seen in the image below. The paid option can be
selected right away to make use of the benefits as given in the specific paid
package of the online quote software available. Register as a single user or
three users can register at a time. Purchase the paid package using payment
gateway solutions.
Fill up the form with all relevant details and then Click Register. The registration process is complete at this stage. User can expect an e-mail with the activation link to activate account for further use. The user will be then sent an e-mail to the e-mail ID registered to activate his or her account. The user must click on the activation link to verify his e-mail account and to proceed further with the login process.
Log In:-
The activation link that the user receives redirects to the login page where login credentials are required to be added to enjoy the features of the online quoting software.The user will have enter the username and password that he entered in the relevant field of the registration form.
On activation the user can go further with the process of Login by entering the personalized username and password for individual secure access to the admin page.
The user can now login
to access his admin as shown below. The ‘Getting
Started’ page gives you access to unlimited possibilities to customize and
work accordingly to your needs. Go to your user interface, add products,
customers, all related information, view account details, tasks involved and
reports.
The menu has the
following different categories to look into and customize accordingly.
Create Customer:-
Create customer using
the form given below. You will be redirected to this page after a click on the
Customer option available on the “Getting Started” user admin page. Add
customer details in the form provided.
Customer List:-
The customer list
search option lets you search customers by choosing set criteria and the search
term in the box provided as highlighted and explained in the image below. Select
the customer to view and edit his or her information. This option will not work
for first time user as they will be redirected towards the add customer page to
add customers.
Edit Customer:-
Customer Detail Form:-
Every detail pertaining to a specific
customer can be viewed in this page. They are as follows:-

Quote
Created by the customer.
2.
Sales
Order created.
3.
Updates
and edits on quotes and the sales order.
4.
Specific
Task details.
5.
Details
of files uploaded.
Create Product:-
Here you can add details of the new product that you want to
add in the product display page with all product relevant data stored in the database.
Product List:-
The product list is created after
products are added through the form shown above. The products added will then
display in the product list. You can check for all product relevant details
over here.
Edit Product:-
Create Quote:-
In the create quote page enter subject and select ‘Quote Stage’, if there
is nothing in the drop down list click on add (+) button. Likewise select
‘Term’ and use the same add (+) option to add term if nothing is found in the
drop down list. There are other options to select like expiry date, company
client for whom the quotes will be created and proposed. Also select product,
quantity and discount and add expense functionality to calculate expenses and
add the expense amount to the quote.
Quote List:-
The quotes created can
be viewed in the quote list section. Refer to the image below:-
Edit quote:-
All data entered through add quote option and viewed in the
quote list can be edited here. Edit quote information, details of the product
for which price estimation is made, term etc. The history of the changes is
visible here.
Save & Email quote to Client:-
Click on the Save and
E-mail quote button to forward e-mail with quotes proposed to the client then
and there without having to open e-mail accounts. Also attach respective files
through instant upload after choosing the file from the in-built library. See
picture given below:-
Quote approval form:-
The entire quote form will get displayed in the client’s
mailbox. The URL sent through e-mail when clicked will redirect clients to this
quote approval form where they ca either accept or decline the quotes proposed
by the seller. Check out the image given below:-
Preview and Print Quote:-
Here you can get the preview of the quote and get print out of the approved quotes.
Sales Order List:-

Convert Quote to Sales Order:-
On successful approval of the quote
Quotes can now be converted into ‘Sales Order’ through this option. On the quote
list you can click on the link under change status as “convert to sale order”. On
clicking all details in the quote list will now be visible on the sales order
list page.
Sales Order List:-
Search for the newly generated sales order after conversion from quotes.
